Residency is available to veterans, senior citizens, individuals receiving SSD income, and displaced adults.

Applicants must complete the intake and approval process, including any required documentation.

2. Resident Responsibilities

Residents agree to respect the rights, privacy, and safety of others in the community.

Residents are responsible for maintaining their personal living space in a clean and safe condition.

Participation in community rules, guidelines, and any scheduled check-ins is required.

3. Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a safe environment, the following are strictly prohibited:

Violence, threats, or harassment of any kind.

Possession or use of illegal substances or weapons.

Destruction or misuse of facility property.

Actions that endanger the safety or well-being of other residents or staff.

4. Payment and Fees

Residents agree to pay housing fees or program costs as outlined in their individual agreements.

Payments must be made on time. Failure to do so may result in loss of residency.

5. Termination of Residency

Faith and Perseverance reserves the right to terminate residency for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Residents will receive written notice of termination except in cases of immediate danger to the community.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

Resident information will be kept confidential and only shared with authorized staff or agencies when necessary for care, safety, or legal compliance.

7. Liability

Faith and Perseverance is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of residents’ personal property.

Residents are encouraged to safeguard their belongings and respect shared spaces.

8. Amendments

Faith and Perseverance reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions. Residents will be notified of any significant changes.
